When you have found an item you want to purchase make note of the
item number & category name and type them into the order form.
If you don't know what the total is, please submit the order form,
(make sure your "Ship To" address is completed), for me to complete
for you. Money Orders, Bank checks, and Personal and
Credit Union checks are accepted, but Personal & Credit Union checks
will only be accepted with a

unless you are a repeat customer in good standing. Paypal is
also an option. Items get shipped only after type of payment made clears into my
bank account; Paypal usually takes 3 to 5 days. If paying through
Paypal with an e-check, your item will be shipped upon notification
that your e-check has cleared and funds have been released into my
bank account.

Shipping
Terms
Buyer pays all costs involved for shipping which includes
postage, packaging material, and a $.50
per item packaging fee, for a total for
a normal package of 3 ounces, $4.00, and
insurance is included in shipping cost. Maryland Sales
tax is $.06 on the dollar and is
required. Multiple purchases will
be combined to help you save on shipping
costs! Anything more than 3 ounces will be
charged shipping according to the weight
and the Ship To address. Please
inquire for the total with tax,
packaging fee, and shipping before
ordering, especially if you are ordering
more than one piece. I ship
WorldWide. Glassware and Pottery may have an
extra packaging fee depending on the
difficulty of packaging.

Layaway Lay-away is available by
request for orders of $50.00 or more.
The lay-away items will be pulled from
retail inventory and kept in a hold
area. Payment terms will be made
to the satisfactory of both parties with
a third of the total order due at the
time the terms are made.
If you fail to complete
your contract by default of payment, I
will only refund one-half of the total
paid and the merchandise will be
returned to retail inventory.

Returns
Returns will be dealt with depending
on the reason. You must notify me after
opening the package and examining the
merchandise to let me know that you want
to return the contents. The item/s
must be returned immediately in the same condition as received, and
it must be insured for the same amount as when received.
Acceptable returns will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from your
refund, or you can make an even exchange for other merchandise.
Shipping charges and packaging fees are not refunded unless Postal
loss or damage occurs.
Every item is inspected with a
magnifier and/or a loupe prior to
shipment. I cannot be responsible for
glued-in stones coming loose during
shipment, although I have never had this
happen, it is a possibility due to the
vintage glue on some items. Your
shipment will be well packaged in order
to help prevent this.
